Invoice Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:Payment for European Loyalty Awards tickets is dueimmediately upon receipt of the invoice. Ticket bookings will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Ticket Confirmation:Once payment has been received, the booking will be considered confirmed and the number of tickets purchased will be treated as a firm commitment.
Cancellations & Refunds:Due to advance commitments made to the venue and suppliers, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

Cancellations received on or before 23 August 2026 are subject to a €50 administration fee per cancelled ticket.
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after 23 August 2026, as final attendee numbers will have been confirmed with the venue and suppliers.
No refunds will be provided for non-attendance at the event.

VAT / Tax :The European Loyalty Awards are taking place in theUnited Kingdom. UK VAT will be charged where applicable in accordance with UK VAT legislation and the applicable place-of-supply rules for admission to events. For customers established outside the UK, the VAT treatment will be determined in accordance with the applicable UK VAT rules and the customer’s circumstances. Where UK VAT is not applicable, this will be reflected on the invoice where appropriate.
Event Changes:The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including the date, venue, programme or format, where circumstances require.
Acceptance of Terms:Payment of the invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
